All participants are kindly recommended to register via the online registration form. Please read the instructions on the website carefully. Upon submitting the Registration Form, each participant will receive a Confirmation Number .

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds after the attendee fee has been processed and completed. However you are allowed to substitute with another individual.

Put Place Victor Horta 1, 1060 Brussels, Belgium into a GPS system. It is by far the easiest way to get to the hotel.

After arriving at Brussels International, head out to the town center using the E40. This is the f astest route, despite the usual traffic. You may also want to get a train into central Brussels as these run regularly. Look for Brussels Midi station.
