IMPORTANT – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF DELEGATE EXPERIENCE

Thanks to your evaluation of the previous INsig2 LTEC events, the organisers of LTEC have been identifying and implementing value added enhancements aimed at advancing the continuous improvement of our delegate experience. Therefore the fee attached to your registration is a contribution to an investment with the following returns:

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

All participants are kindly recommended to register via the online registration form. Please read the instructions on the website carefully. Upon submitting the Registration Form, each participant will receive a Confirmation Number.

REGISTRATION FEES

Early Bird Registration Fee From Now - 31st August € 99 per person
Normal Registration Fee From 1st September - 13th November   
€ 199 per person

The card types accepted for payments are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds after the attendee fee has been processed and completed. However you are allowed to substitute with another individual.

Information we collect from you at the time of registering, may include, but is not limited to, information such as your name, address, phone and email address. In order to improve our communications with you as well as improve our products and services, we may ask you to provide us with additional information about you such as your professional interests and your experiences with us as well as more detailed contact preferences. When you provide us with any personal information you consent to us collecting and using that information according to your preferences. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

GETTING TO THE VENUE

Arriving By Car

Head north-west on Leopoldlaan. Continue onto A201. Take exit Zaventem toward E411. Merge onto R22. Merge onto E40 via the ramp on the left to Bergen/Namen/Charleroi/Luik/E411/E19/Leuven. Take the exit onto E40 toward Brussel. Take the exit toward Centrum. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Meiser/centre-centrum and merge onto N23. Turn right onto the ramp to R20. Slight left onto R20. Slight right onto Bolwerklaan/Avenue du Boulevard. Take the first right and that should bring you onto Rue Gineste/Gineststraat.

Arriving By Train
Gare Du Nord is the closest train station. If you come by train from Bruxelles-Midi station with the Thalys or Eurostar, there is an express train to North Station every 15 minutes. From Brussels-North Station walk down the Rue du Progès until the square and see the hotel on your left-hand side.

Arriving By Plane
Brussels Airport is a 30 minute car/taxi ride from the Crowne Plaza Brussels – Le Palace. Please be aware that queues for taxis can be considerable at Brussels-Midi (Brussels-Midi) and congestion may add to your travel time. You may find it quicker to get a train into central Brussels as these run regularly.
